CNC CUTTING

 

Aside from manufacturing our own products we also offer a CNC cutting service for clients who require materials to be cut for other independent projects of their own.

A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) router is a computer-controlled cutting machine used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, aluminium, steel, plastics, and foams.

The dimensions and shape of a cut-out section are defined using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and then translated into manufacturing directives by computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software.

The resulting directives are transformed into the specific commands necessary for the machine to produce the required component, and are then loaded into the CNC machine for cutting.
